covid-19 safety guidelines
The well-being of our guests and team has always been our number one priority along with being diligent in adhering to Toronto Public Health and Safety standards. There have been some important changes that you should be aware of in order to be prepared for your next appointment with us.
For now, we have disabled online booking through our website so we can carefully monitor our salon capacity. We will be accepting appointments by phone, email, Instagram, Google and Yelp. Your patience is appreciated as we may take a few hours to return your request. If you would like to purchase a gift card, this can be done over the phone and emailed to you or prepared in advance for pickup at the salon.
We can only schedule a small amount of team members at one time to maintain distance and space, so please come to your appointment alone. Call us to reschedule your appointment if you have even the slightest cough or ANY signs of illness. To contribute to the additional costs that are needed to keep the salon sanitized, we have added a Safety Fee of $5 for every guest visit. This amount will be added to your service and will exclude tax.
At this time, we cannot accommodate late arrivals so please arrive 5-minutes prior to your appointment and wait outside the salon. A NAIL FIX team member will notify you when we are ready to give you the experience you have been waiting for.
Masks are mandatory and must be worn by our guests and our team AT ALL TIMES. If you arrive without a mask, we can provide you with a disposable one as part of your Safety Fee or, you can purchase a beautiful quality fabric NAIL FIX mask in salon for $10+tax and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the front-line workers at EMS Toronto.
Toronto Health and Safety guidelines do not permit outside food or beverages and we cannot provide any drinks to our guests (including water). Please do not bring any unnecessary personal items to your appointment. We will provide you with a bin to store all of your belongings and it will remain beside you at all times. Our manicure stations must remain free from any personal belongings including cell phones.
You will notice that we removed our waiting area and have replaced it with a sanitization station. There you will find hand sanitizer and a COVID-19 screening form that will need to be filled out, so please bring your own pen with you. You will also see important informational signage and floor markings to ensure our safety promise. You will be asked to wash your hands before your service starts. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon and can be used when needed. For further protection, we have added plexi-glass at our manicure stations and front desk and will be staggering services between our pedicure stations. After each guest, we sanitize our stainless-steel tools and store them in sealed pouches, disposable items such as nail files and buffers are discarded and all stations and chairs are thoroughly sanitized.

Maintaining BRISA™ Gel Nail Enhancements
While BRISA™ Gel Enhancements are durable and beautiful, maintenance is necessary every 2 to 2.5 weeks. The hard gel product applied to your nail is stationary and grows out as your natural nail grows. The new growth area by your cuticle must be filled in with more hard gel to maintain the strength, durability, and design of your Gel Enhancements.
