Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NAIL FIX in THE 6IX! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing a gift card.

1. Booking Appointments

  • Appointment Scheduling: You can request appointments directly through our website, phone, or in person at the salon. All appointments are subject to availability.


  • Deposit Requirement: For some services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final service balance.


  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $20.00 charge or forfeiture of any deposits paid.


  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or shorten your service to accommodate other clients or reschedule your appointment entirely.


  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $20.00 charge.

2. Gift Card Purchases

  • Gift Card Availability: Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and in-store. They can be used for any of our services unless otherwise specified.


  • Gift Card Expiration: Gift cards for services are guaranteed for 1 year. They will revert to a cash value 1 year after the date of purchase.


  • Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.


  • Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service Prices: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our pricing accurate, but errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.


  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All payments must be made in full at the time of service.

4. Health and Safety

  • Client Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.


  • Sanitation: We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please notify us within 48 hours to 7 days depending on the service that was booked. We will do our best to address any concerns, including offering a complimentary fix where possible.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review these terms periodically for updates.
